You do not need to book, Camping Serenissima welcomes you without any need to book! In July and August we only suggest you to arrive bifore evening (6 p.m.)

In this case, you do need to book: you can send us a fax, an e-mail or fill in the form BROCHURE REQUEST on the page of CONTACT

On receiving the email, the Bookings office will let you know the availability of your request. Then you will get an availability confirmation with a deposit request. The offer of the camping is valid for 48 h, after this term availability is not guaranteed anymore (for bank holidays our offer is valid 24 hours). Within this term the offer can be approved sending a written confirmation. After the written confirmation, the deposit of one night should be remitted according to the terms outlined in the "BOOKING OFFER " sent by the Management. The reservation will become valid only after a deposit has been paid and the subsequent "BOOKING CONFIRMATION " has been sent by the Management. In case of cancellation: 30 days or earlier before the start of your holiday, restitution of the entire deposit paid; 15 days or earlier, restitution of 50%; there is no reimbursement for cancellations less than 15 days from the start of your holiday or for any interruption of your holiday once starter
